Tikipam's network is built on communities and individual hosts. Hosts are proud to share with our travelers the knowledge of their cities and their country. They offer jaunts, visits and activities off the beaten track. In exchange they earn "Tikimiles" and not a salary, this way we want to maintain a longstanding and authentic relationship between the host and the traveler. These Tikimiles allow them to travel in their turn.
Communities are very diverse: tribes and ethnic groups, cultural associations, fisherman villages, cooperatives, what they have in common is their interest for the community rather than the individual: they want to share their culture or activity, and in turn they want the whole community to benefit from this activity.
If you recommend a future traveler : for the first travel of your friend with Tikipam, you will earn 50 tikimiles (1 mile = 1€) on your next trip with Tikipam.
If you recommend a future host or community : for the first visit for Tikipam done by your friend, you will earn 20 tikimiles (1 mile = 1€) on your next trip with Tikipam.
